A Career Spent Serving Daviess County
Brian Quattrocchi's story begins and ends in Daviess County. He was born in Owensboro, raised in Owensboro, educated with the values of this community, and has spent nearly his entire professional life inside the Daviess County courthouse.
He started as a social worker in 1994, learning firsthand how the courts affect real families. He then earned his law degree and served on every side of the courtroom that matters: as a public defender protecting the rights of the accused, as a private practitioner, as an attorney with Kentucky Legal Aid helping people who could not afford representation, and, for seventeen years, as a prosecutor holding criminals accountable in the Commonwealth's Attorney's Office.
In 2025, Brian was appointed District Court Judge, Division II. Eight qualified attorneys applied for the seat. The Governor chose Brian. He now sits on the bench where he spent nearly two decades practicing, hearing traffic cases, misdemeanors, small claims, evictions, mental health/substance abuse matters, probate, guardianships, and juvenile cases that shape the everyday lives of Daviess County families.
He is a lifelong Catholic whose faith has been the foundation of that service, a husband and father, and a Republican who believes conservative principles belong on the bench: the rule of law, personal responsibility, respect for the Constitution, and the dignity of every person in the courtroom.
Now he is asking Daviess County voters to Keep Q!.

Principles on the Bench
Public Servant First
27 of 30 professional years spent working as a public servant, 20 of which was spent working directly for Daviess County families. His entire legal career has taken place in Daviess County.
Rule of Law
The Constitution and the Kentucky Revised Statutes mean what they say. A judge interprets the law; he does not rewrite it from the bench.
Rooted in Daviess County
Born and raised in Owensboro. The people who walk into his courtroom are his neighbors, and he treats them that way.
Every Side of the Courtroom
Defender, prosecutor, legal aid attorney, now judge. That perspective produces rulings that are fair, informed, and rooted in real experience.
